Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002Posted here 23rd October 2004. We have just been advised by Northampton Trading Standards that our web pages do not appear to comply with the above Legislation. Please be assured that Techno-Vision Systems Ltd are most anxious to ensure that we comply with these Regulations in regard to the supply of good and services. Our web pages are essentially an electronic catalogue, and orders for goods and/or services are normally accepted only by telephone, e-mail, fax or written purchase order (in braille, print or audio). We will be making amendments as required in the near future once we have been advised where changes should be made. |
