Upgrade Policy for Sibelius Speaking and SibeliusUpgrade Policy for Sibelius and Sibelius SpeakingThe following information will describe your options for upgrading Sibelius Speaking and the Sibelius software itself. Note that Techno-Vision Systems Ltd is not authorized to sell upgrades to Sibelius but only to Sibelius Speaking. See instructions below for contacting Sibelius (the company) about your Sibelius software upgrade. Dancing Dots released Sibelius Speaking 3 for Sibelius 3 on 6/7/2004! If you purchased Sibelius Speaking 1.3 on or after April 1, 2004, we will upgrade your unit of Sibelius Speaking to the version that is compatible with Sibelius 3 at no charge as a free download. Techno-Vision customers may order the upgrade on CD at no additional cost. The regular price of this Sibelius Speaking upgrade will be £99. However, anyone who has purchased Sibelius Speaking from us on or after September 1, 2003, and before April 1, 2004, will receive £30 off the regular Sibelius Speaking upgrade price of $99. That is, your cost will be £69. As always, pricing is subject to change without notice so we urge you to upgrade as soon as possible. Anyone who has purchased a new unit of Sibelius 2.1 from Techno-Vision since September 1, 2003, and has registered this software by April 30, 2004 should have already received a free upgrade to Sibelius 3. Dancing Dots is not authorized to sell upgrades to Sibelius itself. You must contact Sibelius Music Software directly to order your upgrade. Sibelius personnel will make the final determination as to who qualifies for a free or paid upgrade. However, make certain that you tell them that you are a customer of Dancing Dots who uses Sibelius Speaking with JAWS for Windows. We will be happy to verify your status as our customer with them if need be. UK Customers can call the Sibelius Service Center at 0800 458 3111. Be prepared to give your Sibelius Serial Number. This number probably begins with the prefix "SW" or "SC" and can be found on the back of your Sibelius 2 CD case. If you cannot read that number yourself and have no sighted assistance, call Techno-Vision (01604) 792777) to explain your situation. The people at Sibelius may be able to find your registration record by some other means. In the U.S., call the Sibelius Service Center at 1-888-474-2354.
